Company’s Latest TCPA Compliance Solution Adds Continuous Account Monitoring To Mitigate Violation Risks
Oakbrook Terrace, Ill., June 6, 2017 — With the number of Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) violation rulings and multi-million dollar fines continuing to grow, consumer identity management expert Infutor today launched enhanced TCPA Premium as a part of its latest TCPA Compliance solution.
Infutor’s current TCPA Compliance solution allows enterprises to periodically upload customer files through both batch and API processes, and receive changes to TCPA-related consumer information.
With the newest TCPA Premium, Infutor takes it a step further by continually monitoring an enterprise’s customer data, including phone type, ported phone numbers and the phone owner, against its robust master consumer Identity Graph to ensure the data is authoritatively identified. Infutor’s TCPA Premium returns a continuous feed of consumer information changes that need to be made to ensure an enterprise’s compliance with the TCPA. On average, nearly three percent of phone numbers on an enterprise’s CRM file are invalid, more than 550,000 phone numbers are ported and 50 million phone numbers are changed each year in the U.S.
“Combining the staggering number of consumer phone data changes with TCPA violation penalties ranging from $500-$1500 for each non-compliant call or text means finding new ways to maintain compliance is a critical business imperative for mitigating financial and litigation risk,” said Gary Walter, president and CEO of Infutor. “TCPA Premium’s ‘always on’ monitoring of clients’ customer phone data changes is automatic, leaving less room for error.”
Infutor updates nearly 100 million consumer records a day from dozens of authoritative sources, giving Infutor’s TCPA Premium clients confidence that they are receiving accurate data changes in near real time.
In addition to authoritative verification for TCPA risk mitigation, Infutor’s TCPA Compliance solution provides actionable attributes to further segment consumers for greater conversion opportunities. These attributes include demographics, buying power, property, auto ownership and more.
