When the W.E. Upjohn Institute for Employment Research which specializes in urban/regional economics and public finance decided to take on a new housing study, it knew where to turn.
By leveraging Infutor’s historical residential and consumer data, Upjohn was able to construct a sequence of previous addresses, identifying residents of new housing in large central cities, their previous address, and the current residents of those previous addresses, to study trends in housing migration.
