V!A Philadelphia 2022 was three years in the making and encompasses the evolution of Jornaya’s Journey Summit, and the joining of forces between Jornaya, InfutorData, and Contact State to become Verisk Marketing Solutions. Given this monumental move, our theme for this year’s summit could only be “Better Together.” As Verisk Marketing Solutions, we deliver industry-leading thought leadership, data, and technology. Together with you, we will help improve the reach, timing, relevance, and compliance of every consumer engagement.

V!A Philly 2022 was about the journeys we take, the ones we provide, and how we get there together—through trust, transparency, transformation, and disruption.

A big part of being “Better Together” means giving back to our communities. We have been partnered with Back on My Feet (BoMF) and Equal Justice Initiative (EJI) over the years and donated a portion of all V!A registration fees to these incredible organizations.

Amazing weather welcomed us as we explored history at the National Constitution Center and enjoyed priceless works of art at the iconic Barnes Foundation. What a stage for all of us to collaborate around a shared obsession for consumer identity, privacy, and doing right by the customer.

Here’s a glimpse of V!A 2022 and the one-of-a-kind experience we created together.

Thank you to our Keynote and all of our speakers, customers and partners who presented on the V!A stage, covering topics such as:

• Disruptive Leadership: Our Keynote speaker, Charlene Li, provided attendees with the simple secret of successful disruption strategies: disruptive growth comes from identifying and serving the needs of future customers, not today’s customers. Her latest book, The Disruptive Mindset, is an invaluable resource for identifying your disruptive leadership archetype and how to lead disruptive movements in your organization, which will help any leader anticipate future challenges and build a culture for change.
• CMO Insights on Opportunities and Challenges in Marketing: This powerhouse panel of industry leaders shared their expertise on how to communicate complex solutions to complex customer problems through a mix of Image, Product and Thought Leadership Marketing. Marketing should be a part of your operational strategy as your marketing team boosts brand reputation and drives revenue for organizations overall.
• Real Life Data and Technology Use Cases + Innovation: Experts from Amazon Web Services, OnStar Insurance, Mr. Cooper, and more came together to share insights on how they are using data and technology to drive growth and innovation, as well as how they deliver great consumer experiences through the lens of data and technology.
• Product Demos + Use Cases: VMS hosted an on-site Product Lounge, where experts from Jornaya + InfutorData Product Management and Customer Success teams hosted a few demo stations to highlight our technology and discuss new and upcoming enhancements to our products.
• Consumer Marketing: Privacy + Compliance: Two industry experts took to the stage and helped attendees re-center on what compliance means and recast a compliance program as an asset at their companies. V!A attendees left the Barnes Foundation knowing how to build and manage a flexible, adaptive and business-friendly compliance mindset for your organization and your trusted partners.
• Verisk Marketing Solutions and the Road Ahead: As Jornaya and InfutorData join forces to become Verisk Marketing Solutions, we are committing to bringing a broader set of data and analytic solutions to power modern marketing and data strategies. Attendees heard from the VMS product, strategy, and data governance experts about the immediate opportunities we are enabling as well as what the future holds as we work on fresh solutions for our markets – Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Ad Tech and MarTech and more.
