Infutor Data Solutions, LLC State Data Privacy and Protection Addendum Acknowledgment

As you may know, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) that took effect in 2020 is being amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”). The CPRA is anticipated to become effective as of January 1, 2023. In addition, comprehensive state data privacy laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia are also coming into effect in 2023. Each of the laws requires a written agreement between a service provider (processor) and the business (controller) to demonstrate compliance.

To ensure our relationship as a service provider/processor to you complies with these laws, we are asking all customers to review and accept the State Data Privacy & Protection Addendum (“Addendum”). The Addendum is beneficial to both Infutor and our customers as it addresses our respective obligations and clearly defines our business relationship under the laws. Rather than reaching out separately as each of these laws becomes effective, this Addendum has been specifically designed to conform to the requirements of these various states’ laws.

We would appreciate your completion of the form below and acceptance of the Addendum as soon as possible.
